Was April 5th the latest GS? Anyone know the next GS date and how often they are running GS?
Every 3 weeks.
April 24th I think is the new GS and May 15th after that (Currently few spots left in the 15th May GS)
I just did the interview with the Hr/flight ops rep. Any idea how long till I need to wait before they'll call me if successful? Do they take more time to call if you're successful or is the response delayed if they'll pfo you?

I would think they would be interviewing as fast as possible to slow the bleed of pilots leaving.

I am pretty sure they have a big back up ready in the pool.

A big back up of 500 TT and college grads maybe? But that doesn’t do them any good. A friend of mine is having an interview tomorrow so they’re definitely still interviewing.

Not to mention whoever’s in the pool is probably choosing other companies over Jazz if they have the option

The HR said 5-10 business days to expect a reply. I really hope I don’t get a PFod. That’s why I’m getting anxious because it’s day 2 now lol

Best of luck! I think as Long as you have a good head on your shoulders, weren’t an idiot during the interview and have some experience in aviation, you should be fine.

This was my experience. Expected 2-3 weeks and got called back for the sim maybe 2-4 business days. First time around it was 3 ish weeks for the pfo. Just a heads up the toronto sim is full i’m told and vancouver was booked till june already so next step could be a bit of a wait for you

Would it be wise to send HR an email on Monday if I don’t hear anything back? Or would it be seem annoying?

Can some of you please explain WHY you are applying to Jazz? I really don’t understand it. Sinking ship with many other places to go that pay more money. And please, PLEASE don’t say for the flow.

Completely agree.

100%. Jazz is sinking fast. They're shrinking at an alarming rate. AC is taking on more Jazz pairings every month just to keep them afloat. Something is about to break soon.

If you have enough PIC time for an ATPL but have less than 2000 hrs. You're better off staying wherever you are and apply to either Porter or AC.
