Does ACP and Flight examiners have access to any candidate Transport Canada Checkride results?
Lately a lot of ACP / examiners have been apart of interviews for Airline recruitment and they always ask if you have failed a PPC before. Just curious if they essentially have the access/authority to verify a candidates answer and what other previliges they have in that regards?

Unless you give them permission to check, they are not allowed to access that information. I am also pretty sure they are not able to check this themselves.atrdc3 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 28, 2023 1:08 am Does ACP and Flight examiners have access to any candidate Transport Canada Checkride results?

They would be in serious trouble if they did try to abuse their power and you can prove it. Nobody is going to take that chance just to mess with you. Remember, they don't need a reason to not hire you. There's almost no advantage to them to abuse their privileges.
However, don't lie about things like that. Nobody's perfect, but lying can get you fired.
As an AvCanada discussion grows longer:

-one will be accused of using bad airmanship
