should hear something within a week. As for the PFO im not sure, some people are being placed in hiring pools as well.

I’m not at encore and I don’t know exact rates for PFOs. But I will say, but if you meet or exceed the minimum hiring criteria (or come close to it) and you have a good head on your shoulders, you’ll probably hear back positively fairly quickly. And if it’s a NO, don’t fret, there’s more out there

With the PTA gone, the negative comments made in public about pilots from top management, and outrageous number of grievances open, I would suggest keeping Encore as your backup.
Encore might be the "breeding ground" for pilots, but it offers little future for them.

I interviewed 2 weeks ago and got "Unsuccessful at this time" a week later. I haven't received any other feedback. Having less than 1000 hours and all of it teaching PPL/CPL probably contributed. No multi or IFR experience at this time.
