My current situation is as follows:-
I am working on my UK passport and have a B1/B2 and C1/D Visa for the US.
These are about to expire. After submitting my application to renew them I have been told no appointments are currently available at the US consulate and there is no indication when this will change. A quick check of their calendar shows January 2024 as the earliest option.
I would like more details about entering the US as crew on my Canadian passport. I have never done this before.
Is there anything I need to obtain (ESTA?) or a Visa in the passport? The website isn't very helpful.
All help/suggestions appreciated

Re: Entering the US as crew member with Canadian passport
You mention you have a Canadian passport. If you are also a Canadian citizen (which I guess you would be?), then you can just enter the US without any ESTA or visa. I don't think you can even get ESTA on a Canadian passport.
They'll likely know about your expired passports/visas though. I don't recall if the Visa for the US requrie you to disclose all your nationalities, but if you didn't, you'll likely get some questions where the Canadian citizenship came from.

As an AvCanada discussion grows longer:
-the probability of 'entitlement' being mentioned, approaches 1
-one will be accused of using bad airmanship

Re: Entering the US as crew member with Canadian passport
Eric,
You can enter on CDN passport with no associated visa.
However, if you have not entered using that document before you may have to do digital fingerprints and facial recognition. It is all done at the point of entry.
Good luck.
