An AC acquisition of Porter would trigger a merger per the AC Pilot CBA. I am guessing that is not the desired outcome for either AC or the AC pilots. Not sure it serves a commercial or operational purpose either.

It seems more and more that CHR is developing a core business that is less and less operational. It will be interesting to see where that leads.
