Perimeter/Bearskin ratify contract

Word on the street is that perimeter ratified a new pilot contract. Does anyone have any info this? Pay Rates? Scheduling?

The monthly hours at Jazz are higher, at around 85. Per diems are better at Jazz. And Jazz has many other perks associated with the contract. So no, Bearskin does not pay more than Jazz.

Jazz is brutal rn and not defending them, but perimeter and bearskin is a TERRIBLE company to work for. They will constantly add to your duty day, pushing limits. Not sure about bearskin but for perimeter I know you have to fuel your own planes, unload your own cargo, it’s pretty ridiculous. Management really does hate their pilot group there. And remember, this contract happened after the group was operating without a contract for like three years because the company simply didn’t want to bargain with them.

Their year over year increase of 5% is better than anything I've seen in the industry lately, including WJ's mere 2ish %

Yeah, there is many ways/avenues to move things along even if the company doesn’t want to sit down. Quite simply show you’ve made attempts, etc and file for conciliation. Yes that is how it works as I’ve been on ALPA negots in the past.

You will work way less at Jazz. Most pilots are not even close to working the 85MMG.
