You will get LOTS of flying, and the CP is a really nice guy at work and out side of work.

I had the opportunity to work with both the Owner and Cheif Pilot years ago in Edmonton, they were both fantastic guys to be around and to learn from, if I had the chance to work with them again, I would definetely jump at the chance. And heck Kelowna is not that bad of a place to live in.

Hey does anybody know the names of the OPS Mgr, CP, or CFI? Nothing is listed on the website. I need to finish of my commercial MIFR and I am just around the corner from doing it, I am pretty much looking to get a job with Carson doing whatever for them and train at their flight school while im working there. I have sent a resume to them about a month ago and havn't heard anything so I thought I'd start giving them the phone calls! I need to get out of Toronto and make the move out west, anybody know of any other operators out there?

CFI Steve Bellmond, he might take the bait of hiring you as an instructor if you train multi IFR, and instructor rating there, however typically Hires from College Progarm students
Vivien Burridge was CFI, and now instructs mostly
Class 1 Gloria Danyluk, published author in the Latest Canadian Aviator
CP, As said John Warner (CYYC)
Owner Kevin Carson

Fly lots. long days Mon, Fri, tight schedule, no extra pilots.

Sounds like it might be worht it to give him a call. Does anyone know how their charter operation works? I have experience dispatching here in Toronto and wouldnt mind doing that for them while I did my tng. Another quick question, does anybody know the cost of living out in YLW? I was out there snowboarding last winter and it wasn't too expensive but does anybody know what a typical 1 bdrm appartment might go for out there?

Westbeach you're looking at about anywhere from $600 to $1000 a month to rent a one bedroom apartment. PM me if you want more information.

Well, I started this forum a while ago, and I'm still wondering some things. Does anybody know the schedule for the 350 pilots? Their pay? Is there any benefits, etc.?

Thanks
