So the main job posters on here are pasco, Carson, KAL, and sunwest. any thoughts on why? Tongue firmly in cheek, flame on!!!

Carson with their 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon spamming of job postings. Pay to get them stickied you cheap f**kers. Pathetic. I'd like to see the mods limit them to advertising the same position once a month at most.

Yea the mods should really put a limit on how often those companies can spam their job postings. Maybe if their wages weren't bottom of the barrel, they wouldn't have to post so often. And seeing as how they don't even want to pay to have their ads stickied to the top really shows how cheap those operations really are.

Yfb housing 3 k a month YVR 3k a month for carson same eic ownership. yet housing for flt crew provided in yfb . Ummm .
Some internal mgt type should send memo to Eic cfo
get 4 -5mill for buying crew homes / apts in yvr close to airport and all bc bases. solves the their retension > low salary vs cost of living problem.
If bcaas contract in 10 years goes away to another competitor ,then sell the homes price escalation profits cover operating costs, should be a no brainer
housing is being looked into on the heli side by the new rotor awardee
