What's the operation/schedule/pay like these days?

I think the pay is good but you will be away for weeks at a time with a schedule that is not respected at all. Definitely not the job for a family man unless you want a divorce.

Less neglect and more associated with a shift in power.

Loss of the founder, new C-suite, promotion of a certain flight department manager and the COVID excuse caused tectonic shifts in lifestyle adjustments at Barrick.
