Curious if that's the outfit in Vanuatu which was recently hiring. I was quite close to applying.

ICAO licence only needed?

Our country has its own civil aviation authority and they will issue you with an in-country licence here. As long as you already have an ICAO or FAA or EASA licence already, you are golden.
