PRIMARY QUALIFICATONS: 

Hold a valid Canadian ATPL and CAT 1 medical 
Hold a valid Canadian passport or necessary visa to work in Canada 
Ability to obtain RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card)  
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Minimum hours for Captain 4000
Minimum hours for First Officer 1500 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Airbus experience 
Recent relevant line experience on Airbus 320 family (or A320/A330/A340) 
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CAR) 
Previous training and checking experience 
Willingness to be flexible and assist with initial company operations 
Excellent CRM skills  
Safety orientated with a thorough understanding of SMS 
705 Operations
