TMAAT questions drawing from your pilot career so far. Have some stories to tell where you worked to solve a problem or failure(ideally as a team), dealt with conflict, etc. Doesn't have to be anything grandiose. For a conflict question I used a simple disagreement with my manager over a flight cancellation. Be humble, honest(to a point), and express interest in a future with the company.
