Wonderful post. Corporate greed on the backs of abused workers has become disgusting. Not just at Air Canada but across the country. It's time to make a stand. Now that we have a strong union we can be leaders that help set the tone for workers across Canada. The workers are the ones that make the profits for the company not the managers. Arielle makes 2 million dollars a year and you live in your parent's basement (if you're lucky). This is unfair and puts many women and diverse Canadians at a disadvantage.

Perhaps writing emails saying how we are targeting 70% on time performance contributes 10x more value to the company than a line captain actually moving passengers
