Encore FO hiring

I'll get my class 4 flight instructor in the coming month, and I would like to know how it's going to become first officer with encore. I know Jazz hiring at 500TT, but WJE ?
Any other advises ?

They're hiring as low as 750 hours and upgrading to captain as low as 1500 hours.

I earned my flight instructor rating in October after waiting two months for the examiner. Unfortunately, it seems too late now, as flight schools aren't looking for Class IV instructors, and all 705 operations have closed their first officer positions.

I hope we don't return to the days of needing over 5000 hours on multi-turbine aircraft to get into 705 operations like in the 2010s.

Nothing is impossible, but it will be very unlikely we go that far back in time. Asking TT 750- 1000 for a job at 704 is possible if there’s an economy low. However, TT is sometimes not the most critical factor when a company is considering their candidate

You’ll be in a pool of candidates for quite a few months with 500hrs TT and just instructing time. I know Jazz stopped hiring for a few months due to an abundance of low time FOs.
