Next ground school is Aug 6, I imagine notices will be going out soon. Not sure how many pilots are in the pool but if you are on the lower end of experience, you can expect a longer wait

Do they let you know if you are the pool beforehand? I can't image this to be a good recruitment strategy if they just leave you hanging for months until 6 weeks before a ground school. That candidate may no longer be available and all that time would have been wasted considering how long the recruitment process is.

If that candidate is no longer available, they go to the next, and so on until the class is filled.

Yes apparently WJ has a class on same day filled with JAZZ guys. So you can see ball rolling now.

The vast majority don't have the time, experience, or ability. Many are trying because they have an ATPL, but aren't making it through due to lack of experience. Standards won't be compromised.
