Pretty sure hiring is paused right now. They haven't run a ground school since April.

Hiring process is an interview, group activity and then a compass test.

I heard they were conducting interviews in May and June. I suppose people are attending these interviews just to be put in the pool if they don’t have any ground school scheduled

Does anyone know when flair will start the ground course? It seems very difficult to get a 705 pilot job now.

In the last 20 years this has been the easiest time to get a 705 job.

If your training captain is having a hard time advancing to 705, it’s her/him/they, it’s absolutely not because of being a training captain at a 703.
I 100 billion percent guarantee if they were a suitable candidate, they would have a job at pretty much any one of Jazz, Encore, Porter, Calm Air, etc
Based on your past postings, your training captain is trying for Encore DEC, to which they were rejected due to not meeting the qualifications, this tells me they lack reading comprehension, since you went out of your way to make sure I knew they required 500 hours 705 for that position despite the website only saying 2000 hours.
Now, if this training captain of yours is the same one who has trolled this site for a very long time and I suspect he is, they are being rejected from all the 705s due to past behaviour, I could list the things he has done but suffice to say, they are a reject is the true sense of the word.
I tried tho help that asshole and he gave me a fake name, I spent hours of my life trying to help this fucktard, only to find out I was completely trolled.
So, if you are truly a concerned pilot, who is questioning their future in aviation, post your resume and someone will most certainly help you, I guarantee it, might even be me but if you continue your same path of ambiguity and anonymity, I guarantee all you will get is people telling you to foxtrot oscar
