Are there Fall GS classes for Encore? Did anyone get any offer? Been in the pool from so long and not sure if I should wait or look for other opportunities.

I’ve been told that a fall ground is in order. However , I have heard nothing yet either. If you’re an unemployed pilot , it is always best to be looking for other opportunities. Just because you’re in the pool does not mean you will get an offer this time around.

I have been in pool since April end and have currently around 1500 hours

I once applied for a Navajo position in northern Ontario that required 4500 hours TT. But I’m just dating myself now.

That you were successful in the interview portion and are waiting for a spot. When a spot comes available the most competitive on the list are offered it.

Past experience won't mean anything as conditions have changed and it is dependent on how competitive you are. They've ran like 1(?) class since the spring, the pool will be large now.

It’s very competitive recently. My colleague who is a high time experienced king air trading captain hasn’t received an offer so far.

Next step should be fairly quick. I imagine you’ll hear back in less than a week or two.

They contacted me within about a week for an interview . I then had a second interview a couple of weeks later. I was placed in the pool about one month after initial contact.

I’ve been swimming for about 8 months. I’d like to believe that it’s mostly due to the fact that they haven’t ran any ground schools.

The last email I received they extended my application to stay in the pool. They also mentioned they won’t be running any ground schools until 2025.

Too many FO’s, not enough captains was mentioned in the email.

Encore needs to hire applicants who are upgradable in fairly quick timeframe. Sounds like poor planning to end ip with too many FOs.
