Another day at home AND a raise?

Net zero bargaining, sounds very ACPA-esque :?
Welcome to our illustrious FOAG. We got 2 pay bumps last year (all anti union folks point to this, “I got two pay raises last year, what did alpa get? “. You got that because they couldn’t attract pilots…) with concessions and nothing but concessions since.
What do you mean, concessions since?
Is your terms of employment constantly changing and not necessarily for the better?
Concession talk lol. From a green circled jazz pilot…….

@#$! off, I was asking a question because of what was posted!
Want to talk concessions, how about douchebags who work for bottom feeder airlines like ScabRegional, thanks for all you did for the industry, you’re a stand up guy. You are literally the poster child for every man for himself, so I say again, @#$! off!

Stop the bickering and let flyinhigh answer the question about FOAG concessions. I'm as shocked/confused as the next person.

scab regional ? bottom feeder ?

Equal as Jazz ! that's why they merged DOH...

only difference is they needed 2000 hours to be hired cause of the complexity of their operation.

Yes there Is/was concessions.

1. Commuting policy the company touts.

Loss of the two flight rule, and also unable to now book yourself a flight home the following day on the next available flight (we have a high priority stby only available to commuters, regular stby available).

Additionally, pilots are now getting written up for not making it in to work (I know two).

They treat it as Air Can treats it.

2. Reassignable. Used to get removed from a pairing for training to occur and you would get put on a grey day (fly if they call you, don’t answer phone you were good). Now we have Reassignable which is a copy and paste from ACPA language.

Mmm, see that trend, AC again.

3. Min arc/Wide Arc

Our bid now runs from the 1st-5th, but gets issued on the 23rd.

Now they have these min/wide arcs which means they are going to manually f$&k with our schedules after the bid is auto run.

They say it is to get guys off reserve. Well reduce the number of reserve pilots and issue more line flying, like every other company.

I can go on, but won’t.

@#$! OFF! You’re still wet behind the ears, obviously don’t know the history and since you don’t and you still choose to make yourself look like an idiot, I’ll just leave it at that!

Did this years ago. Try it. It's like a particularly annoying toddler has left the room and now the adults can get back to shooting the "shirt".
