Application becoming inactive before reaching assessment stage

Hello everyone hope everyone is having a great day. I just wanted to raise a very important question regarding my application for a position of second in command at AT. I have applied a couple of times through their careers page but each time my application becomes inactive and subsequently being archived by a member of recruitment team. I have attached all the required documents and my experience is almost double of what they are advertising and I have a Canadian TC ATPL with Airbus 320 type rating. What could be the reason of my application not reaching the assessment stage? Has anyone experienced this kind of situation before? Thank you and have a great day.

Same… i applied last month and a week later, my application went archived. I am guessing they are not hiring in the summer?

I checked and found out a mistake, as there is a link to a form which we have to copy and paste in a separate browser and fill out Aircraft type wise hours as well as P1, P2 on turboprop and jet. I did that and reapplied now let's see what happens. Good luck.

Any update on your application? Did it go archived again?
