I have to see a psychologist due to some meds I was on, I have the report from the psychologist but how and where do I send it to Transport Canada, I don't see any spot on the website.

You'll have to give the documents to your CAME and then he/she will forward them to TC on your behalf. You can then call TC a few days later to make sure they recieved your documents.
