Has anyone heard if Flair is planning to hire anytime soon?
I tried to apply through they're website and had issues with page 4 of the application. It kept saying missing data then when go back it erases all the information i put in. Has anyone had the same problem?

I had similar issues when I applied for flair airline. You can change another IPad or computer, maybe the issue would disappear.
Currently, the most important uncertainty is when flair will hire pilots again, as I know, they didn’t hire pilots for about half year and no further plans.

If not an ATPL holder the biggest thing that comes to mind is the biggest FO starting salary and 737 experience. Closest that comes to them is Porter but no Boeing/Airbus experience and lower salary.

I’d seriously question the sanity of anyone applying to Flair right now unless they’d exhausted every other possibility. Won’t be much longer and you’ll be among the hundreds of pilots scrambling for another job.

Porter is actually the nicest airline in canada to fly hands down! I do however think you're correct that for sales, the E2 is not wanted by many carriers. From a customer standpoint though, it's awesome. I'd take porter over AC or Flair any day of the week. They have a unique model that's for sure. And soon enough we will see how they do in the long run going head to head against AC. But so far, they seem to be doing better than flair.
