Been at transat since 2017 and got a job offer at AC. Not sure if I will take it or not but with your new contract coming up, let's say I get the typical 320/737 yyz position, how long can I expect to wait before getting a 777/787 relief position at yul ? I've heard that when you switch base, the freeze period start over, anyone can confirm ? How long are pilots frozen on their type once they start ? Also, going from FO to RP is considered a downgrade, is the company forced to train you at all ?
