First time poster here. I'm located in BC and got a standby IFR offer at the Vancouver ACC for March 2025. Some personal situations in my life have changed and while I would love to stay in Vancouver, I would be able to easily make the move to a different province now if I received a firm offer. If I emailed Nav Canada letting them know this, would it affect the odds of me getting a firm offer and is this something anyone else has done in the past / what were the results for you.
