Is there any flight school in GTA that's hiring class 4 instructors? I have applied everywhere and they all say no vacancy. Please help

With schools like Spectrum and the Waterloo flying
Club having a 2 month waiting period to train for the instructor rating yeah good luck finding a job, I wish you the best.
I talked to the CFI at Spectrum great guy, he told me he’s training like 25 instructor candidates !

Waterloo told me they have a six month wait list for the instructor program.

crazy! airlines have slowed down hiring so the senior instructors aren’t leaving their jobs to make way for new ones. I am yet to get an interview from schools in GTA
