Pre hire sim eval
Anyone got more info on the pre hire sim eval? Is this the new thing now?

They don’t have to apply if the conditions don’t meet their expectations, the candidates themselves are validating the position of both AC and the union.
As for the SIM EVAL, I believe it is for pilots with less than 2000 hours who apply, might have changed but that is what they were doing recently.

The sim are for candidates who have 2000hrs but have very low Multi time.

Who would that be, Pilatus pilots and instructors, AC is not hiring instructors(only) are they?
