Eagle Air nose gear failure on landing at Red Sucker. Got both props and engines.

Been winter storm near blizzard like conditions across parts of the prairies .into nw ontario this past weekend
2 questions come to mind. 1) being a weekend was the runway recently plowed ie within2- 4 hours of arrival ? . An rsc from friday has no relevence on sun morn if been snowing all weekend . i could see if there was 6-8 inches of fresh snow with wind packn some drifts. That would cause a gear issue.
2) n the Maintenance. If lack of proper lubrication of the nose gear bushings. Would cause a problem under winter cold and a shock loading . Will be an interesting read from tsb

Landed with a frozen break is all I know. Done that lots with out losing control.
