I recently got diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea. Currently looking for the most convenient CPAP machine out there for pilots?
I am currently doing rotation consisting of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Preferably something easy to pack. I heard about the resmed air mini but people are saying it won't track your sleep results for more than 30 day and your CAME needs a full report of your usage if I'm not mistaken at every renewal of your medical right?
So any pilots who are on CPAP currently, which machine do you recommend?
Thank you.

The ResMed AirSense 11 is a fairly compact model. It provides full sleep data logging and allows you to look at the data through apps like ResScan or Oscar. I'm not sure of the exact dimensions of the travel bag but it's probably around 13"W X 13"H X 3"T. There's enough room in the bag for the machine, water tub, mask, tubes and power supply. There's enough space for a pack of sanitary wet wipes too.
