Q on GARLO, GA Online Services

Hello all, I just recently got an update on my CAT I medical license and realized my mailing address was inputed incorrectly. Following the steps on the TC page to change it brings me to an website with GARLO which needs another account. Creating an account requires a pilots license no. which I do not have yet as I am still a student pilot.
Theres another option called "migrate secure service provider" which I belive would work with my GCKey account but this popup shows.

Wondering if anyone would have some information on what to do as I would not like to have to wait another few months for a minor issue.

Just do the paper Change of Address form found here: https://wwwapps.tc.gc.ca/Corp-Serv-Gen/ ... 0760_BO_PD

Then, send it to your closest regional office, found here: https://tc.canada.ca/en/aviation/civil- ... d_regional

If you really want to make sure it gets to them quickly, send it via Canada Post ExpressPost. ExpressPost also gives you a tracking number so you'll have peace of mind knowing when TC gets it.

You should be able to scan it back in and email it for instant delivery. Just have to find the right address for your region.
