Does anyone have a definitive list of ground to flight/pilot in waiting operators in the country? Of those, hopefully there are a few that are currently hiring.

Rise Air regularly hires from the ramp or out of the dispatch/flight following office.

6-12 months usually. But there also has been hiring off the street directly into the right seat.
