I’ve been a professional trader working for myself, the last 30 years.

Think I’ve figured a few things out about personal responsibility in that time.

Unlike many other professions, trading is a rather difficult one to survive in by blaming others instead of oneself when there is a disaster, and there have been many.

Interesting that you use a personal attack response. All I was doing was making a wee bit of fun about the somewhat commonly used phrase “...a far bigger problem than any of us realize” since the mere act of using that phrase is intended to show that the user does, in fact, realize the magnitude of the problem.

I’m happy you’ve had a successful life and feel satisfaction with your accomplishments. It’s a bit disappointing that you seem to so often feel the need to belittle others.

There is no such airline as Sunwing, this is WestJet through and through.

Did WJ not have the capability to assist with the latest SW disaster in order to get pax where they wanted to go?

From what I hear, the pilots are WestJet, with WJ SOPs, on WJ's OC, and WJ's dispatch. I believe Sunwing Vacations, and Selloff Vacations are just branches of WestJet vacations now. It's just a marketing name, in this case it allows them to blame a defunct airline for it.

Not yet, Sunwing integration was pushed and is planned for end of April. This winter Sunwing is still Sunwing, with their own pilots, SOPs, OC and dispatch.
