So pilots and their unions control the business models for corporations?

Should Encore pilots maybe take paycuts for more rapid upgrades and get all those 47 airplanes flying?

Upgrades = more money!

You can't reason or get through to these one track one dimensional thinking types cdnavater. Most of them haven't been around long enough to know how things work and the progression timeline to achieve things. So to those, while there have been setbacks and we are lagging, the industry in Canada is in the process of righting itself. It doesn't happen over night.

Is foreign pilots coming to Canada part of righting itself?
