The only F150 Lightnings I see are lined up in a row at the dealership.

Manufacturers have 10 years develop a lifted EV truck before gasoline sales would stop.
Here's one example of what they have so far:

The aftermarket is catching up as well:

These electric trucks are also going to see another generation or two of evolution in the next decade.

You do understand that the province has complete control of anything municipal should they choose to? Municipalities exist at the pleasure of the province.newlygrounded wrote: ↑Fri May 09, 2025 10:37 amLook at Doug Ford as an example? He's medaling in municipal politics instead of focusing on the province, he has the biggest and most expensive cabinet in Ontario's history but campaigned on small government. He's banning things left and right, cancelling elections out of spite.altiplano wrote: ↑Fri May 09, 2025 3:48 amBecause you have to manage your own life? Make your own decisions? The last 10 years of Liberals have intruded into Canadians lives more than any government in modern times.
That's false equivalence. 100% fallacy.newlygrounded wrote: ↑Thu May 08, 2025 6:21 pmYou get the good with the bad.
You have a flag saying @#$! carney? The Singapore government would literally beat you (caning)
You want a lifted truck? Absolutely not
You want to fill your gas tank outside the country? The border guards literally check your fuel level before you leave.
Like I said you get the good with the bad, would you put up with that legal system to get the results you want?
Besides, Liberals are censoring, banning lifted trucks and all other gasoline vehicles, and putting their fingers into your fuel tank anyway...
I see you fell for the AI carney video lmao. That's what you're not getting though, if you want harsher penalties for things like drug use they go hand in hand with a more "good of the many" type government where you're going to have a lot less focus on the individual. It would be like asking for American style capitalism but Scandinavian social net. You can't have both. Regardless of what I think we have a charter and a supreme court.
Can you explain to me why "rule of law" conservatives seem to love things like breaking Treaties or ignoring people's charter rights?

Yes, this is well understood and was (unfortunately) was tested pretty thoroughly.kgb531 wrote: ↑Tue May 20, 2025 4:00 pmYou do understand that the province has complete control of anything municipal should they choose to? I don't really see your point though? We literally joke he's the mayor of Toronto since he neglects the rest of the province to focus on wedge issues in the city, for people who are angered by something in an area they don't even live.

My estimate would be that those rights get granted in return for the Republic of SaskBerta granting overflight rights to the Dominion of Canada; otherwise flights from Vancouver to Ottawa are going to be a bit more zigzagy.goldeneagle wrote: ↑Wed May 07, 2025 7:41 pm But then the stickler, with Alberta being a foreign country, what happens to all the Westjet routes? An Alberta based airline would no longer have the right to do routes originating in YVR, YWG, YYZ, YUL or YHZ to anywhere other than alberta, basically they will have YYC and YEG, as departure points for international flights. No more southern sun flying from the rest of Canada for WJ over the winter out of any of the other larger centers, ie no more Hawaii out of YVR.

What do your toxic posts about Doug Ford have to do with aviation in the slightest?newlygrounded wrote: ↑Wed May 21, 2025 11:51 amYes, this is well understood and was (unfortunately) was tested pretty thoroughly.kgb531 wrote: ↑Tue May 20, 2025 4:00 pmYou do understand that the province has complete control of anything municipal should they choose to?
