Did anyone used Harv's air instructor ground school?
So I decided to open a new question about it as more information came to light that completely changed the previous one, which I deleted.
Here is the scenario - I got Harv's Air record of ground school. One school said their examiner has issue with it, which I initially couldn't figure out why.
I got an email from Transport Canada licensing officer saying it is acceptable, as long as it mention it covers the required 25 hours ground school and signed by class 1 instructor
Harv's Air letter does NOT mention it, unlike their PPL and CPL with clearly do mention the 40 hours and 80 hours respectively, their flight instructor ground school does not, which will make sense as to way the examiner refused to accept it.
Has anyone used it successfully before? Is there anyone in Harv's to really talk to in order to get them to modify the letter accordingly?

I used it no problem, been instructing for almost 2 years.

Isn't the point of the ground school hours to have you demonstrate how you would teach PGIs etc? Isn't most of that time spent one on one with your instructor-instructor?
As an AvCanada discussion grows longer:
-the probability of 'entitlement' being mentioned, approaches 1
-one will be accused of using bad airmanship

Yeah exactly this. For my rating I went through every single PGI, presenting each one during ground sessions with my class 1. Never used Harv's air or any other online ground school. Not sure if people are using it as a cost-saving measure since that wouldn't work either - you would still need to present all the PGI's to your class 1 anyways and now you'd be paying for your instructor's time and an online ground school simultaneously.

I did both, my instructor and I worked through each exercise and how to present it. I used Harv's/pilottraining.ca to prep for the written exam and to improve my knowledge. When I wrote my written I presented both, a letter from my Class 1 and Harv's. The person working the desk that morning said either would be sufficient.
Put it this way, if you think you will be a great instructor having never practiced a PGI in front of another pilot, then give it a shot. Its a gray area in the CARs so do what you think is best. You'll still have the pass the Flight test with a TC examiner.
