My instructor filled out the application for a flight instructor renewal as I am about to do the flight test. He told me to go online to pay the $30 fee and give him the invoice number so he can fill it out on the form but for the sake of it all, I can't seem to find the right TC page. I did it before when I applied for a commercial licence and paying medicals and all but if anyone knows let me know.

You have to select pay for a new rating and not license/permit. Confusing little website.
