E2 interview wait time?

Any info on how long it takes to get an interview? Also the type of experience people are being hired with?

Time could be abit. We are hiring tons of folks and the recruitment team is quite swamped.

As for total time, it does vary and depends on experience. What I can say is that I have not had an FO below 2000hrs and have a current lad who was a corporate captain for the past 20 years (I might be spoiled, and we may certainly have less qualified, I just have not flown with them yet).

Our experience levels are actually quite high considering the current environment.

If you are on the lower end, most likely going to wait abit longer as they definitely want people who can upgrade quickly.

How about on the Dash? How long does it take to get a ground school date after an interview?

Would be the same as it is the same team. That said, there are no ground schools on the DH8 during the summer so they won't be putting a focus on that till September
