How many of you are actually quitting after integration?

Been going around that about an additional 100+ former sunwingers are leaving WJ after the new integration. Thoughts?

I don’t think it will be that many. I only know of a couple who have actually left. I’m sure there will be a trickle to AC and probably more and more as people get sick of commuting after the reduction bid.

Perhaps some to Porter as direct entry captains as well, especially based out east. I'm sure there are plenty of Westjetter's looking to get out as well due to the overall stagnation and the reduction bid in YYZ

There are 20 FO positions open in YVR. So probably a few guys from SWG who didn't want to go to YVR quit. (commuting with a reserve block, on a junior FO salary )
I know of 1 guy who would have been downgraded who went to Porter DEC. As well as couple FO from YUL going to AC.

I am sure there will be more as we get closer to November 1st.

How many original (pre integration) WestJet FO's have left recently as well ? I'm guessing that's closer to 100.
