Post by GIVCE! »

Any word on the September class? Is it still a go? What about October/November? I heard they were cancelled? Any truth to that? Cheers,

Number of classes is a moot point. Could run 2 classes a month of 6 pilots. All depends on the overall hiring numbers. Hasn’t been much lately.

And it won't change until those that control the $ get their heads out of their ass and realize this only gets fixed with money.

Absolutely. Attrition to AC is outstripping hiring in a hurry. Not sustainable. What’s the plan?

We can't staff that now, so won't make much of a difference

I am certain that was always the plan.

And with the reduction is transborder passenger traffic, AC Commercial is likely revisiting routing/frequency/gauge for the winter schedule.

Who has aircraft on order? AC

Who doesn’t have aircraft on order? Jazz (Express)

Well Jazz didn't get new planes since Sky joined them. When was the last order before that?

Covid... Jazz received the last ever CRJ-900 produced in Feb 2021, and they had quite a few CRJ deliverers in 2019 and 2020
