Interview below minimums
Hi All,
I interviewed with Porter for an E2 FO position at the end of May, at the time I had only 1400 hours however they said my resume stood out to them so they wanted to interview me early. They said they would let me know whether I was successful or not within a couple weeks, and from there I could just let them know when I have the minimum requirements. I have not heard from them since however I did email the general recruitment email recently to let them know I have over 1500 hours now, I also updated my resume in their system.
I’m hoping I am not lost in their system, and I’m wondering if there is much else I can do other than check back in with the general recruitment email once a month or so? My application still shows “under review” on the career page and has not changed since my interview date.

Wishing you luck! Do you remember what types of interview questions they asked?

Interesting. How did the resume stand out you figure? Other than that they said it did, was it work experience?Doggtown88 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 06, 2025 8:50 am Hi All,
