Flight Crew Application Keeps Bouncing Back

I've had this issue a few times now - I complete the online application for non-ac express pilot position, go through the whole process fill out each section on each page, verify everything is complete and receive the successful "your application has been successfully submitted" page at the very end.

A few days later, I receive an email from AC saying that I started the process of the application but did not complete it, and provides a link to "continue" the application, but it just starts from the beginning. I recently did this whole process again and screen shot both the progress bar and the successful submission but still received the email again today prompting me to finish the application.

Any one else experience this issue recently? Any number to call that's not Aeroplan/booking/customer service related?

No tricks here, just genuinely unsure if they have now received 3 job applications from me or if there system has an error..

- Try using a different Browser.

- Try clearing all your cookies and your browser cache then try again.

One of these options should work.

This happened to me and it turned out they had my email address on file incorrectly. It had an extra .com extension on it.
