Hello. Is anyone else out there in the pilot pool waiting to hear back on a start date? When did you interview and whats your total time?
Im 2500-3000. Interview during summer/fall 2025. Currently 705 Captain.

Did my interview in October. Hoping they run a course soon! I've heard they're short staffed right now.

I find that suprising if you’re hearing they’re short staffed there right now. A buddy of mine during the last shoulder season was getting blocked in the high 30’s each month…. The 321 is seriously understaffed and the 330 over staffed. The next bid should be a rebalancing of the crews and possibly some hiring. That is what I heard. Figured they would avoid the rebalancing as they’ll need the extra 330 pilots for augments starting Jan 1.
