Looks like a solid platform, I signed up myself.

Only issue I have is with the document upload. Not saying I don't trust you.. but it is asking for a lot to have your clients upload these sensitive documents to your portal. Sending them directly to prospective companies (if they ask for them) should be enough in my opinion.
If I choose not to upload documents to my profile, how limited will my experience be? If hindered at all?

All documents uploaded to AirCrewConnect are protected using 256-bit encryption and stored securely. We require document verification so we can ensure every profile on the platform represents a real, qualified aviation professional. This protects both crew members and operators, and preserves the credibility of the marketplace.

We completely understand why you would want to confirm how your information is handled. However, without completing document verification, your account will remain in a limited status — it will not be visible to operators, and you will not be able to apply for posted opportunities.

Once your documents are uploaded and verified, your profile becomes fully active and available to operators.

For clarity, AirCrewConnect is focused on one-off and short-term contract crewing within Canada, not full-time hiring.
