Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M1)
Regina, Saskatchewan | Full-Time | Permanent

Yorkton Aircraft Service Ltd. is growing — and we’re looking for a licensed M1 AME to lead our Regina AMO location. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Team Leader role, working alongside an apprentice and an E-Engineer while helping build and shape our Regina operation.
We serve general aviation and light commercial aircraft. We pride ourselves on safety, professionalism, and teamwork — in a family-oriented company.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead daily operations of the Regina AMO.
• Mentor and train an apprentice.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on GA and light commercial aircraft.
• Maintain and inspect Continental and Lycoming engines.
• Assist with installation and servicing of electronic systems.
• Work closely with the DOM and Production Manager
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to aircraft owners and operators.

What We’re Looking For
• Licensed M1 AME (required).
• ACA experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
• Safety-first mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Physically capable of performing AME duties.
• Thrives in a smaller shop environment and takes pride in high-quality work.

Schedule & Compensation
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Competitive pay, based on experience
• Full-time, permanent position
