Hi everyone,
I’m a recent grad and CPL holder with Multi-IFR and IATRA (approximately 210 hours total time) and I am currently traveling (with all that I own) from New Brunswick to Montreal, Thunder Bay, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and up to Yellowknife in the coming weeks as part of my job search.
I’m actively seeking a ramp, ground operations, or dispatch position with a clear internal pathway toward a flight crew role. I am fully prepared to relocate and begin immediately, and my goal is to earn advancement through performance, reliability, and commitment to the operation.
If anyone has current insight on operators hiring — or advice on who is worth visiting in person — I would genuinely appreciate the guidance.
I know there is mixed opinions on this type of approach, but I'm hoping that it shows perspective employers that I am committed and ready to work.
Thank you in advance for your time.

The Canadian aviation industry is absolutely disgusting for a new grad to have to go do this. Please don't get abused out there.
