Marshal, park, and assist with aircraft movement on the ramp
Provide professional, efficient service to pilots and passengers
Load and unload cargo with care and precision

Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
High attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to lift and handle equipment and cargo (up to 50 lbs)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or aviation experience is an asset
Clear interest in aviation; aspiring pilots strongly preferred
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently
Must have a reliable vehicle (airport is not accessible by public transportation)
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Must be able to pass any required background or security checks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wage: $19–$21/hour (based on experience)

Additional Information
This role is part of Centric Aviation’s Ground-to-Pilot exposure pathway, designed for individuals who understand that proximity creates opportunity.
You will be working alongside aircraft, crews, and decision-makers every day. The people who move forward from this role are not the loudest, they are the most reliable, the most consistent and the easiest to recommend when an opportunity comes up.
