AC Interviewer here... I go through every page. I've caught things that don't add up. The longer it takes for you to recall where you worked, when you started there, when you left, etc., the more I start digging. Your logbook should be certified unless you have a compelling reason.

Just curious, what's the % of pilots currently getting interviewed that don't get hired even though they the experience?

Sorry I'm a small cog in a big department. By design, interviewers are pretty detached from the overall process and don't make decisions on hiring. I don't have access to numbers like these. I will say, I tend to put "recommended for hire" on the vast majority of my interviews but we don't make the final call.

Got called on April 24th for course date end May/early june. Interviewed 11 Feb.

Yes - well May 18th Class, 13-15 "at home study days" is more accurate I guess.

That's nice that they pay you for home study now. They told me to have the whole FOM read plus days of HR onboarding work that was unpaid. It still leaves a bad taste in my mouth years later. Talk about starting off on the wrong foot, still doing unpaid training at that level of my career.
