POSITION NAME: AME Apprentice


Job Type: Permanent Full-time, Night shift(6pm-6am), 554 schedule
Location: YYZ
Wage rate: From $26 to $32 per hour


YOUR TASKS:


Assist ACAs in carrying out line maintenance (daily, weekly, service checks) on various
aircraft types.
Assist ACAs in performing other work on aircraft as outlined by applicable Inspection
Instructions, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins in accordance with accepted
practices.
Ensure that all items of work are recorded and signed out as required on the applicable
Maintenance Control forms.
Carry out any other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor/director of maintenance



WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:


Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Must be currently enrolled or graduated from a Transport Canada Approved AME Training
Organization (ATO)
Must be hard-working, motivated, a team-player and have a positive attitude
Must be available to work full-time hours (night shift)on a 554 schedule
Must hold current and valid airport security clearance (RAIC) and airside vehicle operator's permit (DA/AVOP)
Previous apprentice experience is an asset
