Dash FO for life?

Post by RayJr »

If someone goal was to be based in yow and spend as many nights at home as possible, what is the most they could get? Even if they were willing to stay as fo?

If you bid day trips only how many nights at home are even possible? How senior would you need to get to achieve that?

It's possible. You can get to around 50% seniority on the FO side by the one year mark. By two years you'll be getting pretty much everything you want.

You won't be number 1 on the FO list for decades as there are some older guys who are holding that spot who don't care about money or prestige, only about having a schedule that they love and flying once in a while.

That said, your wife is going to need to learn to be home alone every once in a while because once you find out what sleeping on your schedule is like, you'll be bidding layovers.

Oh really? Can you elaborate on the day trip sleeping schedule?
