Anyways, I highly doubt a foreigner would get a pardon from the US, seeing as it’s damn near impossible to get one as an American citizen. Never even minding simply admitting to smoking weed god knows when will deem you inadmissible to the country.. but smuggling drugs in and spending time in federal prison for it that’ll get a pass… well he somehow did it and good on him!

It's actually really easy to get one in the US, you just have to grease the right palms with the correct amount of buckaroos.

Ok! But wait let get this straight smoke a joint 30 years ago, inadmissible. Convicted of simple possession in another country, inadmissible.

Won’t recognize even a pardon from Canada?..

Get caught smuggling drugs into the US and convicted, spend time in prison, Still admissible!
