be very careful!

hate for you to lose your job over trivial things. like a screwed up schedule. although it probably is quite a pain, but unfortunately it's his perogative (sp).

Panther is so right. If you deliberatly screw up and damage eguipment you not only will get fired, but could be held liable for damages. May not hold up in a court of law but your final wages could be and it could get ugly. If the ops mgr is trying to slide son in, go out the night before his checkride and get him so pissed that he is hungover like never before and maybe he will blow the ride. If said son is still single, find some bow-wow girl and sic her on him. Find some real bitchen bull dyke like the kind that you see hanging around hardware stores. Tell her he is renovating the basement suite and needs help. It won't work but it may be fun to fantisize.

To help you smartbomb... i Think that your boss should know that its a lot better to have happy pilots flying for a company. He should know that that what it takes to push the pic to make the extra effort to choose the proper altitude, wait long enought to cool down the turbos, taxi in a way to save the props. I also think that other pilot should help you here on this forum and give exemple that would help you and a lots of people in aviation.... That should be a exemple for a lots of company that make are life miserable as pilot.

Tips on a dinner(perdiem) 3.00$

Turbo 5000.00$

one extra pilot 2500$ /month

600 hrs a month at 5% more fuel = 600 * 500*.05= 15 000 $

Train a new pilot = 5000$ and +

New Brakes 500 $

New Tires 900 $
