1000 pic minimum

One of the minimum requirements for jazz is 1000hrs PIC

Anyone gotten a call with less then that.

I know Air Canadas' hired people with less then that.

Good question. I have 3700+ all multi turbine but not 1000 pic, and the workopolis site now has six hits, any suggestions?

My buddy didn't get called until just after he updated the file and could check off the 1000 PIC, he was called 3 days later.
Other friends of mine who are King Air captains don't have any views but they haven't broken the 1000 PIC yet.
So I'd say right now there pretty stuck on it...for now anyway.

You apply for Jazz in the workopolis.com website. Don't just post a resume, you have to also APPLY for the job posting (search for the job posting, then click the "apply" button). You have the option for your resume to be public or private - private means that only the employers that you've applied to can see your resume. If you keep it private, and only have the Jazz application in, then you'll know when they look at it since the number of views in your job list will go up.

Unless I'm REALLY missing something, there's no box to check off on the application. Just basic stuff like language proficiency, expected salary, etc, which you can go back into and change any time.

Hey, im not talking about when you pass 1000 hours pic you need to check a BOX, but the first time you fill out your application you have a series of question to answer and there you have some box to check with time, AA or CA, multi, PIC, etc.

That what i was refering too.

Oh I see...

It's been a while since I originally applied, so I can't remember that part. I guess the only way I can think to re-apply is to create a new username.

Anyone else have ideas?

Your buddy that got called 3 days after checking off the 1000 pic box.
Did he delete his hole application and re-apply?
What was his total time and how much of the 1000pic was turbine?

Thats what you have to do, delete and reapply. he did that and got called within a few days. Also if your not getting any hits, delete and reapply - workopolis has had some issues with profiles not showing up.
